What types of events do you staff?
We provide professional bartenders and waitstaff for a wide variety of events, including weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, private parties, corporate functions, fundraisers, holiday gatherings, birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering at home or a large celebration at a banquet facility, we can help you arrange the staffing you need to keep your event running smoothly.
Waitstaff & bartenders range from $40-$50/hour.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to give us time to discuss your needs, determine appropriate staffing levels, and coordinate the details of your event. During busy periods, including summer wedding season and the holidays, booking earlier is always a good idea. Have an event coming up soon? Contact us anyway! Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on staff availability.
How long is the minimum booking?
Events have a four-hour minimum booking, which includes setup and service time. The exact schedule will depend on your event's needs and the arrangements we make in advance. When requesting a quote, let us know your event start time, expected end time, and any setup requirements. We'll help determine the appropriate booking duration so your staff arrives prepared and your guests receive the service they deserve.
Do you provide alcohol?
We currently don't supply alcohol, but that may change. We're happy to help you plan what to purchase. Our goal is to help you feel prepared, avoid running short, and make the most of your beverage budget.
How many bartenders/servers are needed?
Tell us about your event, and we'll recommend an appropriate staffing plan to help your guests enjoy prompt, attentive service.
How much setup & cleanup time do you need?
Every event is different, so we'll work with you to determine the setup and breakdown time needed for your particular arrangements. We'll communicate our timing requirements in advance so you can coordinate with your venue, caterer, and other vendors and keep your event on schedule.
Do you travel to events outside the local area?
Yes! We serve events throughout the surrounding region and may be able to accommodate locations beyond our usual service area. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location, distance, and staffing requirements.
Do your employees have liability insurance?
Yes! We understand how important it is to protect you, your guests, and your event. Our team takes professionalism and responsible service seriously.
